  • Opportunity Identification:By analyzing market data and trends the team identifies potential business opportunities for PwC. This may include exploring new service offerings identifying potential clients or entering new markets.
  • Strategic Planning Support:The research team collaborates with various business units within PwC to support strategic planning. They provide data-driven insights that help shape the firms long-term strategies and objectives.
