Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable cleaner to maintain the common areas oftwo apartment buildings in Shakopee MN.
To qualify for this position youmust have a valid drivers license and owna reliable car to qualify for this position.
Job Duties:
- Vacuuming carpeted areas
- Cleaning and sanitizing public restrooms (including toilets)
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Restocking restroom supplies (toilet paper paper towels)
- Cleaning indoor glass doors and windows
- Sweeping and mopping any hardwood floors
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and current car insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Comfortable driving in winter conditions
- Pre-employment drug screen required
- THC is not included in the drug screening panel for applicants living in Minnesota
- Physically able to bend lift up to 30 lbs. walk quickly and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Willing to consent to a background check
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Basic English proficiency required for safety
