Our Marketing team are passionate about bringing our medicines and vaccines to our customers around the world.

Through digital listening and patient analytics we are able to understand our customers needs and strive to provide solutions to meet them.

Our Sales team support our customers by providing clinical information about products educational information clinical training programs and resources.

We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet the goals of the patients in their communities.

As the Customer and Account Specialist you will be responsible for managing a territory of several accounts and will establish and develop long standing relationships with a variety of customers across the Respiratory therapy area.

What you will do:

  • Implement product strategy and tactics in the field.

  • Identify key customers define strategy and tactics of their development on the territory.

  • Create and manage long-term relationships and partnerships.

  • Identify customer needs create business opportunities and customer solutions.

  • Achieve/exceed sales targets and agreed KPIs of personal priorities.

  • Analyze territory and accounts sales CLM dashboard and translate to action plans.

  • Organize and implement tailored made activities for own territory.

  • Implement and manage local units projects.

What you will need:

  • Educated to degree B.A level

  • Previous successful experience as a sales representative within a hospital setting

  • Experience with Pulmonologists / Rheumatologist / Cardiologists would be an advantage

  • Experience with the launch of new products and areas is also an advantage.

  • High scientific level abilities with the ability to delve into medical and scientific information and to transfer it into marketing messages.

  • Managing high level medical discussions with a proactive can do attitude with strong analytical and customer facing skills.

  • Excellent selling skills with the ability to to create and manage long-term relationships and partnerships

  • Outstanding communication skills and flexibility

  • Strategic thinking planning skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to perform with a high level of independence.

  • Digital savvy understanding the impacts as a key to the success.
