Senior Data Analyst

Job Description:
Join Reposit Group Limited a leading fintech scale-up as their first Senior Data Analyst. Youll build the foundational data function transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across all teams. This highly impactful role reports directly to the CEO shaping the companys data strategy and accelerating growth in the UK rental sector.

Location: Remote

What you will do:

Build automate and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (e.g. Looker PowerBI) to surface key insights for stakeholders
Partner with teams across Sales Product Operations and Insurance to enable data-driven decision-making and self-service
Work with Engineering to ensure data warehouse and pipelines are fit for purpose tracking performance and making recommendations

The ideal candidate:

At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis BI or analytics roles with strong SQL skills
Proven ability to apply advanced statistical methods and build/maintain dashboards (Looker PowerBI Tableau)
Proactive commercially aware and an exceptional communicator comfortable building a data function from scratch
