Hilton Orlando is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations for two of our signature dining outlets Trabucco and TodoVos!

What will I be doing
This role is responsible for overseeing the hotel food and beverage outlets. The Restaurant General Manager assists the Director of Food and Beverage and the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage in organizing the activities of the outlets to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
