The Insights & Analytics (I&A) team in the Measurement Insights Data Analytics (MIDA) team is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager to lead Social Reporting and Insights for LinkedIn. This person will define the social measurement framework build scalable reporting and uncover insights that drive incremental growth for LinkedIn. Responsibilities
- Lead the Social measurement & insights roadmap defining and refining the core metrics for social growth content health brand engagement and audience behavior.
- Surface untapped opportunities across content audiences and platforms and serve as the primary measurement and insights partner to the SCP CoE team to take actions on those insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Build Tableau dashboards to support centralized visibility into core KPIS and performance trends for cross-functional partners. Integrate paid social performance with organic insights for holistic reporting.
- Conduct deep-dive diagnostic analyses to uncover the why behind performance shifts across format platform message and audience segment.
- Partner closely with Brand Social CoE Channel Strategy and Ops and Web Marketing teams to inform high-impact social strategies across owned and external platforms.
- Create performance scorecards that summarize social media performance highlighting key insights for all levels from marketing execs to cross-functional teams to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Design and execute the measurement strategy for organic social including framework development methodology design and capability rollout.
- Use advanced measurement techniques such as incrementality testing causal inference and MMM to establish clear cause-and-effect narratives.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
- 7 years of analytics/data analysis experience
- 5 years using SQL/Hive to tell compelling data stories and building dashboards in Tableau or other visualization tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of analyzing and translating data into actionable insights using insights to influence decision-making and shape business strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and compelling manner to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in supporting marketing tests or experiments including designing executing and analyzing A/B tests or incrementality experiments.
- Ability to prioritize project-manage and execute under tight timelines while maintaining a high bar for quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach comfort with ambiguity and the ability to drive progress independently.
- A builder mindset - excited to create scalable structures processes and analytics foundations in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments.
- Support social leads on Sprinklr management (data pulls dashboard builds etc.)
- Expert with backend analytics capabilities of major social media platforms
- Experience with GitHub or similar tool for version control and script collaboration
- Experience with listening tools; expertise in Sprinklr strongly preferred
