The Role

As Sales Support Executive you will be the operational backbone of the sales team providing vital coordination and administrative support from proposal through to delivery. You will work closely with Account Managers technical teams and key partners to ensure clients receive a seamless and professional experience at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily administrative support to Account Managers and the wider sales function
Prepare accurate quotes and proposals and process customer orders
Coordinate with internal teams partners and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
Maintain up-to-date and accurate CRM data
Support client meetings presentations and sales reporting activities

About You

You are reliable well-organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy supporting others take ownership of your work and excel at keeping processes on track.

Ideally you will have:

Experience in Sales Support Customer Service or Sales Operationspreferably within Telecoms IT or Unified Communications
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
A proactive self-motivated approach whether working independently or within a team
