Job Summary
ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering Cybersecurity Solutions Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Data Management Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Data Management Specialist (OMS) Implement and supervise data management procedures for both classified and unclassified program and project information as defined by the Program Data Manager; Utilize available automated data management tools to support data management activities; Ensure adequate version control storage and retention of program and project data and documentation as directed by the Program Data Manager; Support the Program Data Manager in the conduct of all data management activities.
***Must be knowledgeable in SharePoint and Confluence.
- TS/SCI with FS Polygraph CCA allowed.
- Bachelors Degree in information systems with a concentration in database administration or other business acquisition contract management or program management related field is required. Seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in Data Management is required; knowledge of document management processes and software; knowledge of how to create implement and maintain data file structures knowledge of the use of system utilities to troubleshoot faulty database information.
- In lieu of the bachelors degree three (3) additional years of related experience can be substituted for a total of ten (10) years.
Desired:
- Clear understanding of the DoD 5000 acquisition process C4ISR/DoDAF documentation requirements NSA record keeping and archiving processes and system engineering is highly desirable.
