Job Summary
Job Description Summary
The Services Product Manager will own and drive key elements in the overall strategy for the upgrade and Repowering of the GE Vernova Onshore Wind FSA fleet. He or she will identify key levers to drive the optimization of these fleet upgrades focused on partial turbine replacement solutions (primarily Drivetrain Retrofit/Replacement kits). This product manager will drive all elements of the strategy for this type of solution.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Drive innovation related to upgrading the fleet with partial turbine replacement solutions (primarily drivetrain retrofit/replacement kits)
Develop business cases to prioritize product process tool and capability developments
Drive engagement with regional teams to incorporate local requirements for successful product launches
Create and execute an action plan to achieve product targets; highlight gaps and develop/execute opportunities to close
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelors degree in engineering from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Wind industry
Desired Characteristics
Deep expertise in wind services and/or design
Ability to distill large amounts of information and effectively communicate key messages
Self - starter highly motivated innovative and creative thinker
Demonstrated ability to align stakeholders around a common goal
Strong project management experience leading cross-functional global projects
Pay Transparency
The base pay range for this position is $153800 - $256200 USD Annual.
The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety offactors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for15% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.
*The company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
