Job Summary

Job Title : Engineer 1 (Power & Electrical)

Experience : 3-5 Years

Location : Bengaluru

Role & Responsibilities

Assist in design of battery packs BMS ESC motors PDU harness & power distribution
Create/review schematics PCB layouts and LV/HV harness routing
Support battery selection BMS integration and power-system validation
Design & test harnesses for EMI/EMC weight and durability
Conduct electrical testing record results and propose improvements
Prepare & maintain DFMEA FTA DVP&R DFM documents
Collaborate with mechanical avionics and software teams
Provide production-floor support and cost-optimization inputs
Research latest drone power technologies and suggest innovations

Requisites

B.E / - Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics
Hands-on experience in drone/e-mobility power & electrical systems
Schematic & PCB design (Altium / KiCAD / OrCAD or similar)
Harness design basics & EMI/EMC awareness
Knowledge of BMS functions and power distribution
Familiar with DFMEA DVP&R and relevant standards
Good testing debugging and documentation skills
Strong team collaboration and quick learning ability
