What should you bring along	Strong problem-solving and optimization skills Ability to integrate AI-models with engineering processes Excellent English communication skills Initiative and teamwork mindset
Must have technical skill	Expert knowledge of NASTRAN LS-Dyna and Optimus solvers Proficiency with pre-processing tool ANSA Experience with post-processing tool Animator Strong programming skills in Python (required) Good knowledge of AI-models and their implementation in optimization
Good to have Technical skills	Basic knowledge of German language Experience in multi-disciplinary vehicle component optimization Understanding of cost and weight reduction strategies in automotive engineering
