Qualifications Required:
NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management for Residential Care (or willingness to work towards)
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years experience managing an Ofsted-registered childrens home
Experience supervising staff
Experience supporting children with learning disabilities

This is a successful stable home with a long-standing staff team and a lively happy group of children.
We are looking for an experienced passionate Registered Manager who can confidently lead a childrens residential service and maintain the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
You will:
Use your leadership skills to run all aspects of the home
Drive quality compliance and positive outcomes
Support a settled staff team
Build on an already successful and established service
Ensure high-quality child-centred care
You must also demonstrate strong knowledge of:
Childrens Regulations
The Quality Standards
Every Child Matters
Ofsted expectations and inspections
A Full UK Driving Licence and own transport is an advantage.
