RMA Coordinator
Hourly Salary Rate: $25-$29.00
Work Schedule: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing all Product Returns and Coordinating with other teams (Program Management Engineering Quality Planning and Purchasing)
- Work with Engineering Team for Rework Instruction Development and Review.
- Work with Quality Engineering Team for Failure Analysis and Corrective Action Reporting.
- Responsible for Inspection and Handling of Returned Products before and after Rework Repair and other related Servicing Activities.
- Maintain RMA Log for completeness and Monthly Reporting of Turn-Around-Time.
- Ensure all RMA Quality Records and Traceability Information are maintained and saved on local server.
- Assist in Inspection when needed in other QA inspection activities.
- Complete Tasks assigned by the Quality Supervisor or Quality Manager.
- Responsible for notifying Quality Supervisor Quality Manager or Quality Engineer of any quality issues arising from the RMA Process.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of five years experience in the Manufacturing Electronics Industry (PCBA and Electro-Mechanical components).
- Ability to pass in-house IPC-A-610 Test and Certification Program.
- Experience using calipers micrometers microscopes and optical test equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with MS Office (Word Powerpoint Excel etc.)
- Ability to read Engineering Drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management is a must.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
Preferred but Not Required:
- IPC-A-610 CIS or CIT Certification through IPC Organization.
- J-STD-001 CIS or CIT Certification through IPC Organization.
- Experience in ISO13485 (Medical) and AS9100 (Aerospace) products is a plus.
FDA-STD requirements is a plus.
