**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Program Manager to oversee our residential programs in Anne Arundel County. The Residential Program Manager will be responsible for managing staff ensuring program compliance with regulations and providing high-quality services to residents.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in program management or a similar role
- Knowledge of residential program regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders
- Compassionate and patient approach to working with residents
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential programs
- Hire train and supervise staff
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
- Develop and implement program goals and objectives
- Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Coordinate with external agencies and community partners
- Provide support and guidance to residents
- Evaluate program outcomes and data to inform decision-making
