Job Summary
Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Program Manager to support our government customer in Washington DC. Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Govt. Security Clearance. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity. This key personnel position requires a dynamic leader who can effectively manage contractor personnel while ensuring successful program execution and client Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:Overall program management and supervision of contractor personnelDevelopment and management of work schedules and prioritiesResource allocation and personnel managementRegular communication and meetings with ATF stakeholdersPerformance monitoring and quality assuranceBudget management and cost controlRisk management and problem resolutionEnsuring operational efficiency and effectivenessManaging staff development and providing necessary tools for successCoordinating with ATF for strategic planning and program executionRequirements:Strong leadership and personnel management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven experience in government contract managementDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong organizational and planning skillsBudget management and financial oversight experienceRisk management and problem-solving capabilitiesKnowledge of federal contracting practices and proceduresProficiency in project management tools and methodologiesMust be able to pass BATFE Clearance processMust be able to obtain and maintain a US Govt. Security Skills and Competencies:PMP or similar program management certificationExperience working with law enforcement agenciesPrevious experience with ATF or similar federal agenciesAdvanced degree in related fieldKnowledge of ATF systems and proceduresExperience with staff development and trainingProven track record of process improvement implementationChange management experienceEducation:Bachelors Degree from an accredited university/college (work experience may be substituted with prior ATF approval)Work Experience Knowledge Skills & Abilities:10 years of recent relevant program management experienceExperience managing federal government contractsDemonstrated track record of successful program deliveryOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
