Job Requirements
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Assist in identifying potential customers through online research
networking and database tools.
Work with Marketing to follow up on inbound leads from
campaigns webinars and social media.
Maintain and update lead databases.
Customer Interaction & Sales Support
Conduct initial qualification calls and gather customer requirements.
Assist in scheduling and delivering product demos with the Sales Manager.
Understand customer pain points and suggest the right solutions.
Maintain a professional and positive relationship with prospects and
existing clients.
CRM & Reporting
Learn and use CRM tools to track leads opportunities and sales stages.
Prepare and present weekly sales reports to the Management Team.
Product Knowledge & Training
Undergo regular product training to understand GSTZen and other
offerings in detail.
Stay updated on GST compliance requirements industry trends and
competitor products.

Skills & Attributes
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated eager to learn and willing to take initiative.
Basic understanding of B2B sales is a plus.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Bonus Skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead-gen tools.
Interest in finance taxation or SaaS sales.
