Job Summary

ID Recruitment are working with a Insurance Accessor company in Ballinrobe Mayo to recruit an Office Administrator.

Duties and Responsibilities include

  • First point of contact for new client by phone and email.
  • Managing emails calendars and filing
  • Diary and travel management
  • Operational support to different departments
  • Setting up new clients and completing all relevant paperwork
  • General administration & ad hoc projects


Requirements

  • 1 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent MS Office skills particularly MS Excel
  • Excellent verbal written and strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and autonomous with a willing to learn
