Role Summary:

The successful candidate will handle:

Venture capital financings (early to late stage)
Mergers and acquisitions
Private and public securities offerings
Corporate governance and strategic counseling

This role offers direct client exposure and a collaborative environment with experienced partners and associates allowing for substantial responsibility on complex deals.

Requirements

Qualifications:

26 years of corporate transactional experience at a top-tier law firm
Strong academic credentials
Demonstrated experience with venture financings M&A and capital markets work
Admission to a U.S. bar (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
Deal sheet required
Excellent drafting negotiation and communication skills
