Job Summary
As a Virtual Client Support Consultant you will help clients understand their options and guide them through a personalized set of solutions. You will listen attentively educate clients using professional communication skills and maintain a calm helpful tone throughout each conversation.
Youll use organized workflows to ensure every client receives timely updates detailed follow-up and a positive experience from start to finish.
