Resident/Teaching Supervision Required: Yes

Other Info:

- 2-3 residents overnight along with only 1 radiologist.

Temporary Privileges Available: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active MI License or IMLC

DEA waiver

Case logs

Clean record

NPDB report pulled within the last 30 days

BLS (not required if working remotely)
