Salary: 15.17 per hour

Who we are looking for
We are seeking a motivated and values-driven Deputy Manager who is passionate about creating a positive culture within a Childrens Residential setting. You should be proactive confident supporting teams and committed to delivering high-quality person-centred care.
You will:
Provide practical and emotional support to empower the staff team
Support the development of Support Workers through coaching supervision training appraisals and rota management
Lead on safe effective caring and well-led practice
Create and maintain person-centred support plans
Support quality assurance record keeping and continuous improvement
