Position Overview

Your work will directly enhance how customers interact with our Help Center and related content services by building robust frontend experiences that integrate AI features and maintain high reliability and responsiveness.

What Youll Do

  • Develop maintain and improve frontend features using React and JavaScript/TypeScript within a complex service-oriented architecture.

  • Partner with ML scientists and product teams to implement AI-powered capabilities on the frontend.

  • Participate actively in agile processes including brainstorming prototyping and delivering high quality tested software.

  • Ensure frontend applications deliver excellent usability accessibility and performance.

  • Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders about design choices implementation plans and technical challenges.

What Youll Bring

  • 3 years of professional experience in frontend engineering with strong proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.

  • Solid understanding of software design system architecture and service-oriented environments.

  • Experience working in agile teams with modern development workflows including code reviews testing and CI/CD.

  • Familiarity with backend technologies (Ruby on Rails ) and REST/GraphQL APIs enabling effective cross-team collaboration.

  • Experience working with AI-related frontend features or integrations is a strong plus.

  • Good problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset with a focus on usability and accessibility.

  • Strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.

  • Passion for mentoring and collaborative teamwork in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Experience with event-driven architectures content management systems or cloud deployment technologies (Docker Kubernetes AWS).

  • Exposure to observability tools to monitor frontend reliability and performance.

  • Previous experience working in AI or LLM feature implementation on the frontend.

Hybrid: In this role our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection collaboration learning and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
