TitleAD/SM Strategic Planning & Operational Excellence
Reporting Line: Reports to the Business Unit Head
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Develop and refine future-oriented (35 years) BU strategy with clear strategic choices a defined roadmap and key milestones to enhance organization readiness and empower a future oriented organization that able to respond to market shifts and maintain the competitive edge in an ever-evolving healthcare ecosystem. It Includes but not limited to:
A. Lead strategic planning cycles including market analysis competitive benchmarking opportunity identification and risk mitigation;
B. Translate strategy into actionable objectives KPIs and roadmaps.
C. Present strategic recommendations to the executive team and board.
2. Operational Excellence - Track and report on Sales Force effectiveness and strategic initiative progress. Actively collaborating with sales and marketing leaders and the cross functional team to identify opportunities for efficiency bottlenecks regional risks and opps and drive impact to deliver on BU commitments
A. Design and implement frameworks and review mechanism to streamline end-to-end processes and tools across BU to maximize execution excellence
B. Influence cross-functional team to foster shared understanding on BU strategy and integrate resources to drive strategic execution.
3. Cultivate WoW Culture Act as a positive and resilient change agent to develop empowering environment to enhance and solidify entrepreneurial mindset and Company Chinas leadership standards
A. Lead and execute on regional and national team engagements and meetings
B. Build and support platforms that encourage growth mindset success sharing and talent exchange
Requirements
Education / Professional Certificate
Bachelors degree (Master or MBA is plus)
Working Experience
5 years working experience experience in pharma industry is preferred
Functional experience with strategy operations or equivalent expertise areas
Professional knowledge and skill
Strong strategic thinking problem-solving capabilities and business acumen
Key Stakeholder Influencing
Excellent in data analytics and professional proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Capable to work in complicated environment and influence others to achieve results
Be agile and open-minded with high compliance mindset
Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English
