The Division Vice President of Operations is a senior executive responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of acute hospital operations and strategic projects across the division. This role is accountable for driving operational excellence business transformation and sustainable growth with direct influence on the divisions performance and alignment with LifePoints mission to make communities healthier. The Vice President partners with senior leadership to set strategic direction ensures execution of key initiatives and fosters a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement. This position requires exceptional leadership deep healthcare operations expertise and the ability to inspire and mobilize large cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals.
