Job Summary

Ongoing employees affected by change management plans will be given priority consideration for at grade positions.

  • Temporary Full Time 38 hours per week up to 30 June 2027 (dependent on eligibility)
  • Location: Team primarily located in Orange NSW. Willing to consider candidates across all DPIRD/LLS NSW office locations
  • LLS Grade 7 salary from $129464 to $142665 per annum plus super and leave loading.

About the Role

This role is pivotal in driving business improvement across customer service functions enhancing staff work environments and reducing risk through the delivery of targeted small-to-medium capital projects. The work will involve initiating delivering and closing out capital projects within the required time frame and budget.

Youll lead cross-functional collaboration manage strategic initiatives and promote a customer-centric culture across the organisation. Your work will directly influence the quality and consistency of services delivered to rural landholders and communities across NSW.

About You

You bring experience in project and program management stakeholder engagement and strategic planning. Youre comfortable analysing preliminary data for a project assessing financial progress against budget milestones comfortable with procurement processes managing contracts and working face-to-face with internal stakeholders and teams.

Essential Requirements:

  • Current NSW Drivers Licence
