HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
- The Registered Clinical Nurse (RN) is fundamental in achieving recognized world-class health care
- Assumes direct and indirect responsibility for the patients care environment
- The primary responsibility is providing care through collaboration with health care team members and the autonomous application of the nursing process
- Also provides leadership mentoring and role modeling for other members of the health care team
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to coordination and delegation of care in a safe secure and clean environment
- Care provided displays respect for the patients rights dignity values confidentiality and expressed needs
- Adaptable using evidenced based practice and information technologies while maintaining focus on providing comfort relieving pain and alleviating anxiety.

Supervises:
- Nurse Extern Graduate/Licensed Practical Nurse Nursing Technician/Specialty Technician Unit Secretary Patient Care Assistant
WHAT YOULL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- Associates in Nursing
- Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Nursing
Required Experience:
- No previous experience required
- Preferred: 2-5 years experience as RN
Required Certification/License/Registry:
- Current license to practice as an RN in Florida
- Must have a current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation(CPR) certification from an accredited instructor from the American Heart Association (AHA) and/or other specialized life support requirements designated by work area
