Work Schedule:

Days 40 hours per week Monday Friday 8:00AM 4:30PM with Night/Weekend/Holiday on-call rotation 45-minute call response time. You may be eligible for up to a $10000.00 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). You will work at University Hospital in Madison WI with services also provided at various other UW Health locations in Madison.

• Additional components of compensation may include:
  • Evening and night shift differential
  • Weekend differential
  • On-call pay

We are seeking an IONM (Intraoperative Neuromonitoring) Technologist I / IONM Technologist II to:

• Be part of a high-level superior quality patient care IONM team.
• Perform complex monitoring for both adult and pediatric populations.
• Services include but are not limited to Neurosurgery Ortho-spine and Vascular.
• Be proficient in all IONM modalities.

Education:

Minimum Graduation from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Program (CAAHEP) accredited Electroneurodiagnostic (END) Program OR Credential in electroencephalography (R. EEG.T) with at least 2 years of EEG experience Required

Preferred Graduation from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) accredited Electroneurodiagnostic (END) Program AND 2 years experience performing IONM procedures Preferred

Work Experience:

Minimum 2 years combination of training and experience performing IONM procedures Required

Preferred 4 years combination of training and experience performing IONM procedures Preferred

Certifications:

Minimum CPR certification Required

Preferred CNIM registry from ABRET (the American Board of Registration of Electroneurodiagnostic Technology) Preferred
