Create solid foundations for our Mobile technology and deliver exceptional mobile applications. Be critical in defining what Mobile means in the Mobile-First company.
What will you do:
Youll be our second mobile engineer. Youll work side by side with Pablo (Founding Mobile Engineer) to build the foundations the present and the future of mobile here.

Your job is to build the best mobile experience for thousands of entrepreneurs running their business from their phone. We care about speed polish and always improving.
What youll be working on
Evolve our mobile capabilities and push the limits of what can be done
Work closely with designers backend engineers and business stakeholders
Define build and improve the tools and architecture behind our mobile app
Ship high-quality apps fast while always improving UX and performance
Monitor usage and performance to identify whats missing or broken
Create internal tools reusable components and ways to ship faster
What were looking for
1. Mobile engineering
Youve built and shipped mobile apps using React Native
Youre comfortable with both iOS and Android
Youve already worked on a product with a large user base
You know how mobile talks to the backend and how to debug it
2. Product and design mindset
You care about good UX and clear UI
You think in terms of users not features
Youve built polished components with strong attention to detail
You know iOS and Android dont behave the same and plan accordingly
3. Performance and data
You know how to build scalable and maintainable code
You care about what to measure and how it impacts business and users
You track behavior usage and performance and improve based on it
4. How you think
You care about why we build things not just how.
You ask smart questions challenge ideas when needed and help shape whats next.
You think in terms of user value and business impact.
5. How you work
You communicate clearly give feedback with no ego and help others grow.
You move fast take ownership and thrive in ambiguity.
Youre comfortable working in English and in a small team with big goals.
What matters to us
Youve worked in mobile-first companies
Youve built or contributed to apps with more than 1 million downloads
Youre excellent at React Native
You have 5 years of experience in mobile
Youre proactive autonomous and know how to fill the gaps
You can communicate in English since thats our official language. Most of the team also speaks Spanish and French.
