Were supporting a long-established engineering and technology business in hiring an International Key Accounts Manager to join their global sales function. This newly created position builds on the success of an equivalent role in the Americas and offers the chance to drive high-volume microscopy sales across Europe Asia and worldwide (excluding the Americas).
Youll be representing a business known for world-class optical and digital microscopy technical flexibility fast delivery and strong engineering capability. Their products are widely used across medical devices automotive aerospace electronics life sciences and R&D environments.
61600 base salary
Bonus approx. 26000.

Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue.
Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery and excellent customer experience.
Providing account performance reports forecasts and market insights.
Managing contract negotiations renewals and pricing discussions.
Feeding market and customer insights into new product development.
Strong sales experience within mainstream microscopy.
Good understanding of microscopy applications and customer needs.
Successful track record in international account management and high-volume technical sales.
Strategic thinker with problem-solving capability and customer-focused mindset.
Knowledge of microscope market buying processes and industry dynamics.
Strong negotiation communication and influencing skills.
Analytical and data-driven decision maker.
Ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel globally.
