A newly created role of Head of Marketing Communications Partnerships & Product - a key role driving customer engagement focused on both acquisition and repeat customers by delivering compelling customer experiences and bringing to life the proposition.
Working closely with the Insights team to ensure the product and experience meets the needs of the customers bringing new innovations to create a great guest experience.
Developing a plan to broaden the appeal to both existing and new customers through a PR Events and Social Media strategy to build excitement engagement and connection to the product offering across the audiences.
Working with strategic partners both from a Commercial Partnership and Marketing Partnerships perspective to leverage partnership opportunities maximise additional revenue opportunities and cross selling opportunities.
Working with the Head of Research and the wider Marketing team youll develop a deep understanding of the customer needs to build out the customer proposition the partnership strategy and external PR/Social/Events opportunities to showcase passion for the great outdoors.
A really collaborative role working with the Head of Brand/Digital Sales Operations and Head of Network youll also directly lead a team of 5.
