Job Summary
Oakhill College is an Independent Catholic Secondary School conducted in the Lasallian tradition with an enrolment of 2300 students boys Years 7 to 10 co-educational in Years 11 and 12. Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Proven ability to lead learning and effectively administer a faculty
- Highly skilled classroom practitioner with experience teaching English across Stages 46
- Capacity to create safe supportive learning environments and promote student wellbeing
- Ability to adapt the Colleges Learning Framework and collaborate within a dynamic professional learning community
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills to build positive relationships with staff students parents/carers and the wider community
- Commitment to aligning professional learning with student needs and fostering a climate of excellence
- Sound pedagogical practices and ability to inspire students
- Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities and College life
The successful applicant will:

The appointment is for an initial period of up to 3 years renewable by mutual agreement.
