To plan lead and control all the activities related to quality assurance & testing in the entire process flow from raw material sourcing to product and to implement and improvise the existing quality standards and systems in order to sustain the position as a market leader in linen yarn business.

Testing of RM and product | - Oversee testing of incoming raw material
- Lead a team of quality inspectors and supervisors in conducting regular testing.
- Ensuring the testing of product as customers standard.
- Control over non-conforming goods to dispatch to the customer

In-process Quality Assurance | - Develop implement and monitor in-process quality control systems across all stages of linen spinning to ensure product consistencyand compliance with standards.
- Analyze quality trends and work collaboratively with team production.
- Analyze in-process quality data generate reports and present findings for continual improvement initiatives.

Customer centric Quality Management System | - Implement and maintain adaptation of Quality norms and IMS Standards
- Perform Root cause analysis to all the quality and reliability related complaints arising from both internal and external customers throughout the process flow

People Development | - Identifying training needs of team members and work with HR for scheduling development activities
- Mentoring and coaching team members to prepare them for taking independent charge
