This founding role involves building the AI-native operating system for global logistics. Youll own problems shape outcomes and build foundational systems and customer-facing products from day one. Leverage Generative AI to redefine delivery networks and contribute significantly to a rapidly evolving high-impact industry.

What you will do:

Collaborate directly with leadership and early customers to translate complex logistics problems into simple shippable products
Build foundational systems and customer-facing product architecting clear APIs for a Plaid for Logistics vision
Define and build core backend architecture (Model Context Protocols) to power an Agent Factory for deploying AI agents

The ideal candidate:

Possesses deep domain expertise in B2C e-commerce delivery (outbound shipping returns or cross-border logistics)
Obsessed with the user fluent as a builder shipping iteratively with care and valuing impact over perfection
