Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN)
21 per hour
33 hours per week Night Shifts

What Were Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC registration
- Experience in a nursing home setting is preferred
- Strong clinical judgement and the ability to work independently at night
- Compassionate patient-focused approach
- Confident communicator with good organisational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe person-centred nursing care during night shifts
- Administer medications and complete accurate documentation
- Respond to clinical needs and escalate concerns appropriately
- Maintain a restful reassuring environment for residents
- Lead and support night care staff to uphold excellent care standards
- Contribute to care plans risk assessments and handover processes
