- Shifts: 8pm – 8am
- Contract: Bank / Flex

Key Responsibilities
As a Bank Night Registered Nurse you’ll be a vital part of our care team ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering person-centred nursing care with compassion and professionalism.
- Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Conducting health assessments and creating tailored care plans.
- Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and responding to emergencies.
- Leading and supporting care staff during night shifts.
- Providing emotional support to residents and their families.
- Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and best practices.

*Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’.
What We Are Looking For:
We welcome applications from Registered General Nurses (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) who possess the following:
- Hold a valid NMC PIN
- Are compassionate proactive and enthusiastic
- Have experience in care home settings (preferred)
- Can lead confidently and work independently at night
- Are passionate about making a difference
