What Youll Be Doing:
Lead finance for DuluxGroups Distribution & Freight network overseeing a $110M cost base across five state warehouses and national freight operations. As the key financial partner to the Head of Distribution youll manage budgeting forecasting month-end reporting and strategic analysis while contributing to leadership decisions.
This hybrid role blends financial oversight with operational projects including freight optimization S&OP and inventory planning. Youll work closely with numerous stakeholders across finance and operations mentor a direct report and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control.

What Were Looking for:
- Degree in Accounting or related discipline with CA/CPA qualification (or currently studying).
- Relevant industry experience ideally in supply chain distribution freight manufacturing FMCG or retail.
- Strong financial management background including budgeting forecasting and P&L oversight.
- Advanced financial modelling and evaluation skills with solid commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in key systems such as SAP and strong analytical capability.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills able to engage across diverse stakeholders.
