his is a permanent full-time positionlocatedin Lancefield with occasional travel to Romsey.

Full-time hours are 76 hours per fortnight.

Whatyoullbring to the role

To succeed in this roleyoullconsistently deliver exceptional customer you to have:

  • Experience in customer service environment and the ability to achieve targets

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure secureaccuratetransactions with a risk mindset

  • Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone

  • Eagerness to understand and share what makes our bank different

  • A knack for teamwork -mateshipis crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals

  • Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but certainly not essential
