What are we looking for
SentinelOne is seeking a Renewal Sales Professional to manage a book of renewal sales business in the dynamic cybersecurity industry. Success in this role is dependent on ability to execute an effective sales strategy provide accurate forecasts on a book of renewal business and deliver strong sales results. This includes working to build strong productive relationships with customers partners and field sales teams.
What will you do
- Manage a book of renewal sales opportunities as to maximize bookings minimize churn and drive customer success
- Manage an accurate forecast set business expectations and effectively communicate results to sales management
- Execute end-to-end sales activities including deal assessment and validation quoting commercial negotiation and deal closure
- Partner with Customer Success teams to insure customer retention and drive strong renewal rate performance
- Proactively manage your individual sales funnel and assignments to ensure timely renewals
- Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of of SentinelOnes products and offerings
What skills and experience should you bring
- Direct Renewal Sales experience in enterprise software or cybersecurity
- Proven track record of exceeding goals
- Experience working in an indirect 2 tier go-to-market model which includes channel partners managed service providers and distributors
- Customer focused with exceptional communication skills and the ability to work professionally with individuals inside and outside the company
- Excellent communication (verbal written and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable)
- Strives to be a good team player by sharing knowledge and best practices to increase the effectiveness of other team members
- Ability to hit the ground sprinting in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required.
- Excellent organizational prioritization and time management skills
