VULNERABLE CUSTOMER SPECIALIST

Our client is looking to recruit a Vulnerable Customer Specialist to join their growing team.

This is a full-time permanent position with hybrid working on a 3:2 split.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • As a Vulnerable Customer Specialist youll be responsible for handling particularly challenging high-risk and sensitive cases often dealing with vulnerable customers.

  • In addition to this you will support the Customer Agents who deal with the more routine cases providing regular coaching and upskilling.

  • Youll liaise with customers to ensure that cases are resolved in line with organisational standards and industry regulations.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Our client is looking for someone who has strong experience working with vulnerable customers within Financial Services or Banking.

  • Youll need excellent communication skills a confident telephone manner and a proactive approach.
