Trouw Nutrition is looking for a Pricing Support Administrator to join our Pricing Team supporting both Ireland and Great Britain. This position is based in Belfast and is a 15-month fixed-term role to cover maternity leave.

In this role you will support the delivery of accurate and timely pricing activities work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the smooth operation of our pricing processes. About the Role Support Accurate Pricing and Efficient Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer periodic customer price lists quotations and tenders.

• Maintain and update pricing data in ERP systems and internal pricing tools.

• Support quarterly pricing cycles monthly activities and daily ad hoc requests.

• Upload cost sets and maintain accurate audit trails.

• Execute routine administrative tasks including data processing document handling and file maintenance.

• Prepare data and documentation for tenders quotations and scenario planning.

• Respond promptly and professionally to internal inquiries via email and other channels

• Contribute to continuous improvement within the Pricing Team

Skills and Expertise

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in administrative pricing or data-oriented roles is welcome but full training will be provided.

• Strong proficiency in Excel (lookups pivots filters).

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems or CRM platforms is desirable.

• Soft Skills: high level of attention to detail strong organisational skills effective written communication and a proactive adaptable team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
