THE ROLE
We are seeking a Contract Manager for a life sciences company in Switzerland. The Contract Manager will play a key role in ensuring efficient risk-aware and business-focused legal operations across the companys global affiliates. Fluency in English and German is essential for this position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements including NDAs terms and conditions procurement consultancy co-marketing beta testing and key opinion leader agreements.
- Provide general legal and contractual support to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions on relevant legal and compliance topics
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelors degree in law (or equivalent legal qualification).
- Prior experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in both English and German.
- Familiarity with international agreements and cross-border legal considerations.
- Full professional fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
