How youll contribute
An Rehabilitation Therapy Managerwho excels in this role:
Leads rehabilitation services by overseeing patient assessment treatment planning scheduling and productivity standards. Ensures high-quality evidence-based therapy delivery; collaborates with physicians and families; and maintains departmental compliance with applicable inspections and addition to:
- Perform appropriate assessments on residents referred for therapy; observe/evaluate treatments and recommend changes to the physician as needed.
- Demonstrate knowledge of rehabilitation modalities and develop teaching plans based on resident learning needs; involve families as appropriate and evaluate learning effectiveness.
- Assess pain that interferes with participation in rehabilitation and contact the physician for appropriate intervention.
- Oversee scheduling of treatments and maintain departmental productivity standards.
- Ensure compliance with departmental inspections and documentation requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What were looking for
Applicants should have a current state licensure in Therapy (OTPTSLP) in addition to:
- Education:Current state licensure/certification as OT PT or SLP
- Experience:At least one (1) year of management experience in rehabilitative medicine.
- License:Current license to practice therapy active
- Certifications:CPR certification required BCLS certification
