As a Commercial Product Specialist (CPS) you are responsible for the commercial targets of Manure proposition in the geographical area assigned. You coach and train the network of Lely Centers to pursue sales targets and to achieve the maximum market potential ensuring that all the activities meet the Business Team strategy and the Lely way of working.
You are the absolute expert of the Product that you represent and you channel your knowledge through the distribution network with a customer centrical mindset. Together with your team you co-share responsibility for Customer Satisfaction.
The CPS is a dynamic role with ample room for initiative and creativity.
Your main activities
- Own and manage the Sales funnel for Manure proposition
- Engage and guide the distribution network to excel in the Manure Business
- Train the Sales Reps on product knowledge use of tools and on sales skills
- Live the field and update your team and international colleagues about market trends and opportunities
- Shape and support the Marketing activities for a unique customer journey for existing and future customers
You will report to the Manager Proposition with responsibility for the geographical area of South-East Europe & Turkey.
The role is based in Colturano (MI) and it requires willingness to travel mainly in Italy with occasional visit to the HQ in Maassluis and to the countries covered by our Cluster.
Qualifications :
- You have successfully completed university studies
- You have preferably covered a commercial role within agriculture/food related companies
- You speak write and present in English and Italian fluently
- You are a confident communicator feeling at ease also with difficult conversations
- You have a growth mindset eager to learn and to progress in the role
