Job Summary

1贯彻工厂环境健康安全程序和食品安全程序确保部门员工及承包商的工作安全

Implement plant environment health safety and food safety procedures ensure the safety of department staff and contractors

2严格执行工厂的各项安全管理制度培养部门员工的安全意识负责实施安全设施改造项目

Strictly implement the safety management system of the factory cultivate the safety awareness of department staff responsible for the safety facilities renovation projects.

3协助厂长确定发酵豆粕负责区域的岗位设置人员核定并随着生产的发展变化不断进行调整做好员工的日常管理和绩效考核激发员工的工作潜能

Assist plant manager according to FSBM production needs study and determine position setting and personnel verification of the responsible area and adjust them constantly with the development and changes of production; Perform daily management and performance assessment of employees and motivate their work potential.

4协助厂长负责发酵豆粕车间的项目及能源管理得率和消耗的控制负责具体的布置实施检查督促落实执行情况

Assist plant manager Responsible for the arrangement control yield and consumption inspection supervision and implementation of all

management work in FSBM plant.

5依据公司生产计划与商务采购等部门紧密沟通实时监控生产进度协调内外部资源解决生产过程中的瓶颈问题确保生产计划按时完成

According to the companys production plan communicate closely with the business procurement department organize resources to solve any bottle neck problems in production at any time ensure that the production plan is completed on time

6组织制定责任区域内的生产工艺操作规程和安全操作规程并组织督促及激励下属各车间员工开展安全生产技术操作等方面知识的学习培训; 帮助下属员工提高工作业绩增强部门凝聚力和团队合作精神加强企业文化建设

Organize the formulation of SOP/SW for production operation procedures & safety operation procedures in the responsible area organize. supervise & motivate the staff in each workshop to carry out the learning and training of safety production technology and operation knowledge. Help subordinates to improve their performance enhance department cohesion and team spirit strengthen the construction of corporate culture.

7根据公司标准组织下属员工对责任区域内的设备开展TPM/AM与维修部门沟通确定车间的维修计划提高设备的健康率降低NSDT同时提高设备运行的OE及生产运营的OEE

According to the companys standards organize subordinates to carry out TPM/AM for equipment in the responsible area communicate closely with maintenance department to formulate maintenance plan

improve the health rate of equipment reduce NSDT and improve the OE of equipment operation and OEE of production and operation.

8协助厂长做好生产部年度预算CapexOpexKPI同时对各项成本/费用的控制及分析

Assist plant manager prepare the annual budget of production department (CapexOpexKPI) and control and analyze the cost/expense;

Qualifications :

大学本科及以上学历油脂食品化工类专业

Bachelor degree or above Major in oil food and chemical industry is preferred

5年以上油脂或发酵豆粕生产相关经验

More than 5 years working experience in crushing plant

1熟悉发酵豆粕生产工艺和设备管理生产管理产品质量管理等相关知识了解质量管理体系的基本要求
Proficient in process & equipment & production of crushing production management product quality management and other related knowledge; Understand the basic requirements of quality management system.
2熟悉粮油加工发酵豆粕行业发展趋势设备改造技术革新
Proficient in development trend equipment upgrading and technical innovation of oilseeds processing industry
3熟练运用各种管理工具或系统ABC分类法SWOTPDCA6W2HSAMRTWBS等等
Proficient in various management tools or systems (ABC classification SWOT PDCA 6W2H SAMRT WBS etc.)
4熟练使用计算机办公软件
Proficient in using computer software
