Were looking for a reliable and hardworking Wash Plant Picker to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who doesnt mind hands-on work is safety-focused and enjoys being part of a supportive operations team.
About the Role
Youll be responsible for manually sorting and removing contaminants from oversize aggregate on a continuous conveyor line. Youll also assist with basic maintenance checks record keeping and general housekeeping to support smooth and safe operations.
We currently have Day and Night shifts available:
Day Shift Monday to Friday 6am starts (with occasional Saturdays)
Night Shift Sunday to Thursday 6pm starts Sunday and 8pm starts weekdays
What Youll Be Doing:
- Sorting and removing contaminants from the conveyor line
- Completing basic plant and equipment safety checks
- Following daily/weekly housekeeping schedules
- Reporting hazards incidents and potential mechanical issues
- Participating in daily pre-start/toolbox meetings
- Maintaining accurate daily records and timesheets

- Clear communication skills
- Ability to work in a noisy/smelly environment
- Reliable motivated and a genuine team player
- General computer/tablet capability
- Australian Driver Licence
