This role will see you managing all aspects of the SEE program (Skills for Education and Employment) to ensure success and meet contract requirements for the region.
You will mentor and support staff and deliver compliant training services while being supported by a very experienced and inclusive Senior Management team.
The opportunity
- Lead and manage a region with a strong SEE presence
- Put your relationship skills to good use working with referral agencies employers and community associations to increase participation
- Management of staff to support them and ensure success in their roles
- Ensure effective utilisation of trainers classrooms and class scheduling to maximise our offering through the region
- Travel will be required across the region
About you
- Proven experience in managing teams to drive positive results and meet budget requirements
- Review manage and be accountable for KPIs and the plan for your region
- Experience and ability to empower engage and support your team across multiple locations by building effective and positive working relationships
- Have a strong grasp on business development and the ability to drive KPIs to achieve desired outcomes
