Job Description
Objective:The Process Standards and Integration Team is responsible for driving bid sell and execute standards for HDNU ITR projects. The team develops and maintains ITR standard processes to ensure project execution meets SQDC (Safety Quality Delivery and Cost) KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Standards Development and Maintenance:
- Drive the creation and upkeep of bid sell and execute standards for HDNU ITR projects.
- Develop and maintain ITR standard processes to ensure projects meet SQDC KPIs.
Automation and Tools Development:
- Lead the automation and development of tools using the latest IT methods to enhance process efficiency.
Data Analysis and Improvement:
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify improvement opportunities within project execution.
- Implement data-driven strategies to enhance project outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and refine sell execute standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and equipment planning teams to improve scheduling and project execution.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in ITR processes in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Implement ITR projects to achieve business objectives and enhance overall performance.
Impact:This role is critical for leveraging automation advanced tools and data analysis to drive efficiency quality and continuous improvement in HDNU ITR project execution.
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering experience.
