Job Summary
As a FullStack Developer you will:
- Design and implement frontend features for a new application using React and TypeScript.
- Work on CRUD functionalities using NodeJs.
- Develop Integrate and consume APIs
- Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to deliver new features and improvements aligned with business requirements.
- Participate in all stages of the software lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
- Use Scrum methodology and be part of a high-performance team.
- Document your solutions in Group Santander tools: JIRA Confluence ALM etc.
- Certify your deliverables and their integration with other components designing and executing relevant tests to ensure quality.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: React TypeScript PostgreSQL NodeJs
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with front-end technologies.
- Minimum 1 year experience with backend technologies
- English proficiency (B2).
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Determination and self-discipline to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Scala/Spark.
- Experience with BI Tools (PowerBI Qlick)
- Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes (e.g. Airflow Control-M).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS Databricks Cloudera).
- Understanding of accounting/finance concepts or experience with financial data.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD and GitHub Actions.
- Basic understanding of Spanish.
- Experience working with Scrum.
