Job Summary
Identify and manage all project development qualities during and after development
Resolving Software & Hardware issues and communicating with the customer to handle the issues.
Coach and mentor engineers one-stop-shop for OEM customers and internal people.
Manage OEM customer design request develop APQP and manage 3rd party solution.
Develop a feature (if necessary multiple functions).
Development planning as well as managing multiple feature development milestone
Support to resolve both business manufacturing and technical issues
Support cross-functional teams Validation Manufacturing procurement/Purchasing Sales and Quality customers
Communicate with HQ in S. Korea cross-functional teams not limited to program
Release weekly development progress report and communicate with customers engineers
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering or a related field.
5 years of experience in automotive electronics or wireless charging systems development.
Familiarity with Qi wireless charging standards automotive EMC/EMI requirements and CAN communication protocols.
Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in debugging hardware/software integration issues.
Ability to work independently at the customers site and manage multiple technical tasks.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with OEMs suppliers and internal teams.
Experience with automotive testing tools such as Vector CANoe oscilloscopes and thermal analysis tools is a plus.
