Job Summary
* Responsible for line utilization and improvements
* Responsible for driving quality improvements
* Volume fulfilment & Utilization of production lines
* Productivity & Cost reduction in production
* Conduct regular audits (LPA)
* Planning and competence development of team leaders & shift leaders
* Head count planning based on volume forecast
* Line capacity planning
* Reporting of production KPIs
* Responsible for leading process audits & customer audits
